What counts as a validated row?
One record passing through one pipeline, once. If the same record is revalidated after a rule change, that is a second row. Rows that fail and land in quarantine count. Rows rejected by the connector before reaching the validator do not.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing breaks. Validation continues and we invoice the overage at the same per-million rate as your tier. We will email you at 80 percent, and again at 100.
Do you charge per seat?
Not above the free tier. Charging per seat on a compliance tool means people share logins, which defeats the point of an audit trail.
Can we self host?
On Enterprise. The self-hosted build is the same artifact we run, with a licence server that tolerates being offline for thirty days.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Two months, so ten months for twelve. Applied automatically, no negotiation required.
What is your data retention if we leave?
Ledger and quarantine exports are available for ninety days after cancellation. After that we delete, and we send you a certificate saying so.
